Shipping policy

  1. Flagpoles are delivered via 18-wheeler trucks which cannot access certain locations (cul-de-sac, narrow streets, streets with overhanging branches or other elements, etc.) I confirm that I am able to receive freight shipments at the shipping address specified, and I understand that shipping fees for rejected or undeliverable freight shipments will not be refunded.
  2. I understand that I need to inspect the shipment for damage prior to signing the Bill of Lading (proof of delivery). This may require pulling the pole out of its tube. Damage claims will not be reimbursed if damage has not been noted at time of delivery on the Bill of Lading.
